Well, more of a poll, actually...
I'm at near 4L/day now, in keeping with the fat-shedding mode, and that is just plenty for me, thankyouverymuch! ;D
How 'bout ya'll--how many glasses of water do you drink perday? (Member, if it's not water it's not water ; ).

So, this dude Mago, formerly known as Ds, has got all y'all beat!
Try five liters... two of the carbonated, flavored water (Mandarin Orange) and then at capoeira three or more of plain oldfashioned filtered and freshtasting H20.

Good on ya, G., (aside from the flavored stuff, which AIN'T water, technically ). I can only imagine the volumes of sweat generated by the intensity of Capoeira. Great to see you're still at 'er. EDIT: BTW, "Mago", please share the story/info behind that handle, svp.

AMEN to THAT.
If I wasn't on a mission trying to shed fat, I'd surely be drinking the minimum requirments.

When I was going to WW meetings we were told that the carbonated flavored waters that they sell at Wal-Mart do count as water. I imagine propel would fall under the same catagory.
We were also allowed to count 2 or 3 cups of any non-caffeinated drink as water as well. SO juices, herbal teas and such were allowable substitutes.

The doctors and health folks that I have blabbed with on the H20 subject have all sung the same song, and that is, that drinking pure water is the best thing you can do for your body, drink-wise. Add anything to it, and quite simply, it is no longer water. 'Course we all do what we think is best, and for moi, with this lil bod-restoration project of mine going so well, I'm not about to rock the boat with anything but aqua vera.

Of course plain water is going to be best, but there are those of us who can't stand drinking more than a glass or two of plain water a day, if any at all. It may not be the best, but it is a better alternative to soda.

honestly though, why isnt it water if you are just adding flavoring like those packets of flavoring you add to a bottle of water, the water doesnt disappear.. lol

I really suck at the water drinking because I hate it. I drink two crystal lights(well, the walmart brand) then the rest of my 80 oz in water
