Nothing yet. I think I eand up eating enough of a variety that I don't get cravings. It all depends on what's in the house and/or what the in-laws have available to munch on.
I also don't stick to one specific "way" of eating, like 3 meals and a snack, or 6 small meals through the day. I eat when I'm hungry. And I keep finding more and more that I end up with a lot of points at the end of the day. I'm not sure if I'm eating less or just making better choices, or if it's a combination of both (which I suspect).
Wait... I did think of one thing... bananas! We haven't been to the store in a week and a half and we're out of bananas. Mmmmm.... banana....

I've always preferred to eat stuff that can be good for you while tasting good, it's a win-win/guilt-free deal. Gone are the days of manging pure empty-caloric-crapola.
There are a few things over here that can be hard to find which I would just LOVE to taste again, like whole wheat pizza crusts for example. Whole wheat pasta is not available at the smaller markets, just the monster ones, so when I'm there I stock up, (though it's mostly remaining stocked, until this diet gets closer to it's target). And whole wheat pita bread is darned near non-existant in this land.
Those damned tastey oven-baked sweet potato slices are something I often look forward to nibbling, that's for sure.
And salads? Don't get me stahhhhted! I just love 'em...
And I never thought that peanutbutter and sliced 'nana's on a high-fiber crispbread could be so damned satisfying!

Hmm.....Not salads, my body cant handle them since having my galbladder removed. My think would be fruit. Kiwi's and grapes!

Mmmmm, grapies--I just love those dark purple guys, and blueberries, and all those yummy berries, (guess I'm kinda 'beary' for 'em ; ), pineapple, apples, dried apricots, (with no stupid sugar added), melons, peaches, the list goes on, but I've always loved fresh fruits. And then there's fresh uncooked garden peas, which I have quiiiiiiiiiiiite a penchant for... One of the best parts of summer, IMO.
