WOW, and owwww...
Sit ups reluctantly squeezed out, due to some mother-load pms back pain and cramps, then 20 minutes of hard cardio-toning on the elliptical, (set to level 6 resistance--out of 8), and then 40 minutes of elliptic-fat burning, down to level 4 and at a faster pace.
Back feels a lil better at least.
And I feel good inside, as I was skimming the surface of "Lake-Screw-the Workout-Today", but pushed on through the whineyness...
