Sit-ups, arsework, and some hi-intensity cardio sprinkled with fat-burning on the elliptical, (I had on an old funk CD that just DEMANDED that I work it bebehhhh! ; ) Sometimes it's extra-nice to feel that sweat running down yer back.

Well, technically I did this exercise on te 28th, but I haven't slept yet, so I'm counting it for the 27th...
2 1/2 hours of walking around the store returning merchandise! Earned 8 points, and needed every one of them! Coulda used one more, but that's what my point bank is for!
