On weekends, sometimes I just dont have the time to get dressed, drive to the gym, workout, drive back, shower, get dressed again... yada yada yada.. but i will have 45 minutes to work out at home... here are some of the best exercise tapes I have used...
1) Carmen Electras Strip Aerobics - comes with 6 DVDs, all different forms of exericse.. Tape 1 is basic dancing, 2 is a workout to get you fit like a stripper, 3 -6 are different forms of dance including hip-hop, the lap dance, and advanced striptease. I know I dont ever invision myself being a stripper... but the dancing is a great aerobic workout, and it improves your sex life. Nothing wrong with that!
2) Katami Bar - I bought this off TV and it really works for me. Its an aerobic workout as well using a bent bar (s) (one weighs 5 and the other 15lbs I believe) You hold the bar in different positions while doing an exercise to open up your core area as well as adding weights. A yoga ball completes the set. There are 3 different DVDs. Its a complete body workout for each different exercise. For example.. when you do the bench press you are in a position where your abs are tight, your legs are holding you steady on the yoga ball, you have a slight bounce which is stimulating your core muscles, and using your arms. Its a great workout, I really like it.
3) Taebo - used to do this in college. Liked it, and it made me feel strong and like I could kick anyones butt if they messed with me. Also bases its exercise off of core workouts. Working all muscle groups at once. Also a little bit of dance moves included.
