This week has been nothing but downright busier then hell. I got already 4 hours of overtime and it just turned friday. Sad part is, I havent been able to exercise, because the gym is here at work. If I dont leave here by 3:00, I will be sitting in traffic for 2 hours trying to get home. So I have to workout during lunch. When your that busy you get 5 minutes for lunch...
And then when I get home I am SOOO exhausted and dont want to move. I have been running all over the hospital all day long, etc. Im tired, I need to cook dinner, and I want to go to bed. So thats what i do.
I manage to get in abs during the night.. and a few lunges here and there. But I miss the gym alot...
Wish I had the energy and time to go.. maybe today. But I feel horrible that I couldnt go this week. =(

Hey Jess, have you ever tried that "Bow Flex" unit? I've always been curious about them, (imagining the day that one of those bows SNAP, YIKES!), but anywho, if those things are actually good/affordable/safe, maybe it might give you more control of when and where you get your weight-type-work in?
I think it's cool that you guys have workout facilities in the work place!
