This is easy, fast and if you're a grazer like me, DELISH: Take some Arugula, (aka: roquette, rocket, rugula and rucola).
Drizzle with half a tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar, (though I'm sure other kinds would work, if one isn't partial to Balsamic).
1 tablespoon of First Press Olive Oil.
Add a few cranks of fresh Black Pepper.
A couple shakes of dried, minced or powdered garlic.
A few tablespoons of fresh, grated Parmesan cheese, (Grana Padano is nice too.)
Toss 'er up and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Yummo! And I think I'll stick with the balsamic for its other side effects... LOL!!!
