I LOVE THIS STUFF. Next dinner party, I think I'll serve this instead of the usual nuts/olives/chips assortment. Too bad we don't have a hot-air popper, but that should change soon, digressing... Now, the recipe. Whip up a batch of air-popped corn.
In a small jar add: -2 or 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil -a few drops of Tobasco, (or more if you're feelin' spicey) -a few shakes o' garlic powder -about a tablespoon of Soya sauce -a lil fresh ground black pepper
Shake 'er up good. (Increase measures depending on the batch, of course.)
Sprinkle the popcorn with Brewer's Yeast, (no need to be shy, as it really adds to this yum-fest), and then pour the sauce on and mix. It's tastey, it's healthy and it's eeeeeaasy; not much more one can ask for in a snack, I say... Bon Ap,

We'll have to give this one a try really soon. We don't have the air popper, but hubby can do the popcorn in the frying pan thing... I always burn it.
Damn... now I'm drooling.

I'm pro at burning the pan-popped corn myself, which is why I really want a popper...
