They do sound good, but unfortunately I can't make anything with "Cream of anything" or any milk for that matter unless it's just for me and hubby. My mother-in-law and one of my step daughters are allergic. And as it is, hubby has a few issues with dairy. But for this, I may endure it every once in a while.

I made these last night. Very yummy, better then the store bought kind. I couldn't find the buttermilk biscuits that were used in the recipe. I could only find the reduced fat ones, that had 110 calories and 4.5 grams of fat. It bumped the WW points to 3 each, but they are worth it.

One question... what the heck is veg-all? Is it broth? Something like V8? Mixed veggies?

It is just mixed vegetables, potatoes, carrots, lima beans, peas, celery and corn. I found it mixed in with all the other cans of vegetables. I guess you could just pick up any can of mixed vegetables if you can't find it.

I've got to try these Thank you Maddy, for this recipe, I have a question After you fill the cups do you close off the tops, with the surrounding Dough? or are the tops left open? I have seen recipes where a pot pie was left open, I have always closed mine up like a pie but I had to ask just in case.

I kept my tops open. I didn't think there would be enough dough left to close them up.

I left them open, too. They were overflowing with filling, so there was no way to close them up.
